Since 2018, Culver-Newlin has hosted a one-day convention at the Disneyland Hotel where school district employees and school furniture manufacturers are invited to mingle and share ideas at the Happiest Place on Earth.

A large conference room filled with round tables decorated with pink and purple floral centerpieces, where numerous diverse people are seated, listening, and clapping. The room has high ceilings with a grid of wooden beams and dim lighting, with some walls displaying banners.

A group of five people, three women and two men, are standing and smiling at an indoor event with a space-themed backdrop. They are dressed in business casual attire, and some are making celebratory gestures. The background features a colorful sign that says 'Space Innovators' with illustrations of planets, rockets, and space-related icons. There are various tables, chairs, and playful space-themed furniture items in the foreground.

In Disneyland Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, guests are greeted by Culver-Newlin’s mascot, Culver Moolin, and are invited into the showroom in which our handpicked manufacturers are displaying the latest & greatest in school furniture and technology.

Educators, principals and purchasers are all invited to meet our team, enjoy a delicious, free meal and hear from industry-leading professionals within the realm of education and child development.

Throughout the day, snacks and treats are provided along with a character meet & greet from the Mickey Mouse & friends team. Raffle prizes are announced and can vary from classroom furniture to Disneyland tickets.

All guests are encouraged to ask questions and learn firsthand from our team and our manufacturers about the 21st century classroom.
